◆Pricing

The selling price is the amount displayed (display price/tax included).

◆Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be determined at the time of checkout, according to Sagawa Express's rate chart.

Please refer to Sagawa Express's rate chart for details.

Shipping origin: Kansai

◆Delivery

Products ordered will primarily be shipped using Sagawa Express.

1. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
2. If you can allow extra time, we will ship the product in its freshly roasted state. In that case, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
3. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. Delivery is available only within Japan.
4. Please note that delivery may be delayed beyond the estimated time due to credit card processing status. Please also note that you cannot specify a delivery date and time when purchasing products.

 

◆Returns

You must contact us within 7 days from the product's arrival date.
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the product is defective. We appreciate your understanding.

We will only accept returns/exchanges due to our company's reasons in the following cases:

1. The delivered product is different from the product ordered.
2. The delivered product was defective.
3. The delivered product was damaged.
